Welcome to Casa Delgado, our fabulous Eastside Historic Adobe Home walking distance to Plaza
This is a 3 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom house and is only a short walk to the Plaza and down the street from the famous Canyon Road which boasts over a hundred art galleries and several world-class restaurants.
We’ve had this house for 20+ years and lived there for 14 years full time. Now we enjoy short visits a few times a year, and we love sharing it with other people so they too can experience the wonders of Santa Fe, NM.
Casa Delgado is a fully equipped house with well stalked kitchen and doors leading out to our beautiful garden with a large picnic table so you can enjoy a cup of coffee, tea, or glass of wine. But if you prefer to relax indoors, there’s a table to seat 6 comfortably. And after a fun filled day you can take your shoes off and relax on the living room couch and watch a movie or just chill with your friends or family. And don’t forget there is good internet which makes it an excellent location for remote work or study.
Casa Delgado is the perfect place to relax and take in some of the culture and great food Santa Fe has to offer.

No Smoking:
This is a smoke-free property. Smoking is not allowed inside the house or anywhere on the premises.
Pets:
Small pets allowed with permission only.
Occupancy Limits: The maximum number of guests is strictly limited to the number stated in your booking. This includes both overnight and daytime guests.
Noise:
Please respect the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, particularly between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
Parking:
We have room for 2 cars in our driveway.
Maintenance and Damages:
Guests are expected to maintain the property in a clean, respectable manner.
Any damages or issues should be reported to the property manager immediately. You may be held responsible for any damages beyond normal wear and tear.
Housekeeping:
While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate.
Garbage and Recycling: Please dispose of your garbage and recycling in the designated bins. Instructions for garbage day will be provided.
No Parties/Events:
Parties and events are not permitted at anytime.
Safety:
Always lock doors and windows when you leave the property. Do not share keys or codes with anyone.
Violation of any of these rules may result in fines or possible eviction with no refund.
