VACATION RENTAL RULES
Check-in and Check-out:
Check-in (3:00 PM) and check-out (11:00 AM)
If you need to arrange for different times, please contact us in advance.
No Smoking: This is a smoke-free property. Smoking is not allowed inside the condo or anywhere on the premises.
No Pets:
Condo rules no pets allowed to guests.
Occupancy Limits:
The maximum number of guests is strictly limited to the number stated in your booking. This includes both overnight and daytime guests. Unfortunately, you cannot bring guest to the pool.
Noise: Please respect the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, particularly between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
Parking:
Parking is limited to one car in a space that will be provided upon arrival.
Maintenance and Damages:
Guests are expected to maintain the property in a clean, respectable manner. Any damages or issues should be reported to the property manager immediately. You may be held responsible for any damages beyond normal wear and tear.
Housekeeping:
We can arrange for cleaning if your stay is for 2 weeks or longer.
Garbage and Recycling: Please dispose of your garbage and recycling in the designated bins. Instructions for garbage will be provided.
No Parties/Events: Parties and events are not permitted.
Safety: Always lock doors and windows when you leave the property. Do not share keys or codes with anyone.
Violation of any of these rules may result in fines or possible eviction with no refund. We thank you for respecting our house and condo rules, and hope you enjoy your stay!
